“Mr.Shashwat Saurabh Patra has graduated in electrical engineering from Utkal University and post graduated in telecom & marketing management from Indian Centre for Telecom & Management, Pune. He has around 5 years of experience and had worked in telecom & IT industries including Nokia Siemens Networks. He has deployed the 2.75G GSM networks for 2(BSNL & Airtel) Indian telecom operators in the state of Orissa before joining his post graduate studies. Prior to joining Esquire, he was briefly involved with another IT service provider in the Indian e-governance sector & was instrumental in identifying new opportunities & bagging few projects. Mr. Manas is a post graduate in computer applications and has more than 10 years of experience with him in various capacities including presales & business development apart from systems analyst, solution architect and IT consultant in the IT industry. He had already worked in 4 companies before joining Esquire. While working with Godrej India (White goods & FMCG conglomerate), he  has implemented SAP. He has also worked in various Indian e-governance projects. He has also undergone an online embedded technology training from Silicon India. Moller’ Singapore, President of Titan shipping, chief of Maersk Terminal in USA and so on. Fruergaard holds a Ships Master degree, also got the Degree from Svendborg Navigationsskole in Denmark and a post-graduate diploma in International Management from Columbia University,USA.

Mr. Kailashnath is a Marine Engineer. He has also obtained a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has over 15 years of industry experience including stints as Senior General Manager of Fleet Support with Mari-Time Solutions, technical management and safety matters for various types of vessel. He was the Fleet Quality Manager for Tanker and Dry Cargo vessels with A.P. Moller Singapore and was later heading the Technical Management for the Container Fleet. His acute sense of observation into details, makes him a valued consultant.
